Miyako - Authentic Japanese Chef Knife

Precautions must be taken, such as avoiding cutting frozen items such as frozen bones or other products. If one does this, then the blade may break or chip. The blade should be handwashed and towel-dried.  A sharpening stone may be used in order to sharpen the authentic Japanese knife – Miyako.
